Dallas/Ft. Worth Announcement
As most of you are aware, DTI has been working on a business strategy to increase our geographical presence in the US and to support our partnership with Agilent Technologies. The Dallas/Fort Worth area was the target. Many strategies ranging from a ground-up start-up to acquisition have been evaluated over the last six months. After much due diligence, we decided that acquiring an existing operation would best suit our expansion strategy. We then sought to find an operation that had an excellent market image with corporate values that aligned with ours.

Dynamic Technology, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Metroplex Metrology Lab (MML) of Fort Worth, Texas and welcomes all employees to the DTI family. The acquisition is strategic to the overall growth strategy of DTI in Texas and helps meet those strategies set forth by corporate. Those goals are to grow the business, diversify into new markets and geographies and continue to provide the best possible quality service available anywhere.

The Dallas/Fort Worth operation will also fall into the Agilent Technologies Channel Partner relationship. DTI’s continued commitment to the success of this relationship is paramount.

MML has over thirty dedicated employees servicing customers throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. MML is also a NVLAP accredited laboratory with a strong commitment to quality and customer service. Their reputation exceeds that of all third party metrology service providers in the area. Having extremely strong dimensional capability, MML also provides calibration in the area of inductance, capacitance, oscilloscopy, time & frequency, mechanical, torque, sound level, force, mass, thermodynamics, pressure and DC to light wave.

It is the intent of DTI to integrate service offerings such as consulting, training, system integration, software development and asset management into the current capabilities of the Forth Worth operation.

Taking full advantage of the capabilities and resources of the Cleveland, Chicago, Hartland and Dallas/Fort Worth operations will establish DTI as a viable force as a nation wide metrology service provider.
